Christmas Ornaments

This is probably one of my favorite wood projects that I have done for Christmas.  These were the Christmas Ornaments for the 563D Aviation Support Battalion, 159 Combat Aviation Brigade, 101st Airborne Division, at Fort Campbell, KY.  I love how rustic and adorable.  But most importantly it comes with many, many memories of our times with the 563D.  It is great memories and a time I know my family will never forget.  So this will hang on my Christmas tree forever!!!

These were made for all the great volunteers that supported and helped 563D for a wonderful Command team!  Sometimes it is not just an item, but all the people, memories and good times that are associated with it that means the most.  I have found throughout our military travels that I tend to cherish items for the reference to memories it brings up.  We have shared many great memories with many wonderful people throughout our Army career.  The Army doesn't always place you in the greatest of places, or give you the nicest houses, or even keep your Soldier around much....but we have learned to make the most of where we are and to cherish quality times.  I pray that more Families can find that peace.

NOTE:  Anyone who would like to order these for your Military unit, I can make them as long as you have a digital image of your crest.  Cost is $10 each, but if ordered in bulk (at least 20), I can do them for half as much $5 each!  Just message me and I'll be happy to help you out!  Please allow 7-10 days for production and delivery!
